The partner layer is a 46-organisation research pass reaching all 30 districts — compiled via targeted searches across livelihoods/agriculture/NRM, health/nutrition/women/child, education/WASH/governance, and coastal & northern Odisha, with every row backed by a source link (an org's own site, an annual report, a CSR filing, or a directory listing). It is still mostly self-reported and has not been independently field-verified — a handful of rows are explicitly flagged low-confidence in the underlying data (see the Partner directory's source column).
